Thank you for choosing our salon. To provide the best service to all guests and respect our stylists’ time, we kindly ask that you review and understand our cancellation policy. Appointments • Appointments are reserved specifically for you. • A valid credit/debit card may be required to secure your booking. Cancellations & Rescheduling • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. • Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service total. No-Shows • Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show. • No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. • Repeated no-shows may require a non-refundable deposit or full prepayment for future bookings. Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • Arrivals 15 minutes or more late may need to be rescheduled and will be treated as a last-minute cancellation. • If we are able to accommodate a late arrival, your service time may be shortened while the full service price remains the same. Deposits • Certain services (including but not limited to color, keratin treatments, and extensions) require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. • Deposits will be applied toward your total service cost. • Deposits are forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows. Same-Day Cancellations (Emergencies) • We understand that emergencies happen. Same-day cancellations due to true emergencies may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Agreement • By booking an appointment with our salon, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation and no-show policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
